    The weekend of my bday (nov.8) I decided to do something for others and give back!! My best friends, sisters, and I packed over 50 lunches and drove downtown (Tampa,fl) to give lunches out to the homeless. At our last stop we encountered soooo many people that I wish I had enough lunches for everybody!! Mrs.Carter has done it again!!!! After landing at my holiday destination this morning, I turned on my phone to an overload of joy. Beyonce released a album without any promo!!!She did that!! Finishing up the last shows on her tour, Beyonce now has another first that she can add under her belt!! She is the first to release a major album without any promo (she's the queen) and the first to create an entire visual album of 17 videos!!! Don't get me wrong now, many artist have visuals on their album,but none to this degree!!She grabbed yet again!!! She never fails me by constantly reinventing herself through her music!!!     So while in CVS the other day, I started to browse upon the make up section to see what's new. I came across this selection of mascaras!! The main pitch of this brand is that it doesn't cause irritation and that it is made with natural fibers, hmmmmmmm....So I am going to put down my favorite brand (Dior Blackout) and try something new on the eyes!!! AGRARIA For The Holidays!!

    Another gift you should consider is Agraria San Fransisco. Their fragrance line from candles, to tassels, to air fragrances have captured the true essence of aromas. I honestly saw the display while Christmas shopping yesterday at Bloomindales, and it totally caught my nose :). Although,they carry a variety of items, I only saw AirEssence. Let me just say that it was such a pretty display that it captured my eye almost immediately! I have not seen a home fragrance line that was pretty from packaging to product! This was sooo it!! With fragrances from Balsam (which I liked) to Mediterranean Jasmine these fragrant essential oils are amazing!!! Go purchase!!! This definitely one of Mrs.Penn Favs!!!

Constantly Working!!

This place was ruggedly raw when I first signed my lease for the EverythingMrsPennLoves store, but I saw potential of what it could be. Panels in the ceiling were missing, the floor needed to be leveled, the walls were horrible and soo much more! Work out Wednesday!!!

       So today I accomplished 45 minutes of working out on my tred mill. I have been working endlessly on the opening of my store next year, and work and family have been catching up to me! However, my health is important, and I have decided to  change my eating habits. No more burgers and fries on a regular!!! I'm switching out the fatty foods for a colorful plate. Having a colorful plate includes vegetables, fruit, lean meats, and the right carbs!! Brown rice & sweet potatoes are healthy carbs to eat to help with fulfillment. 

     While eating a colorful plate, I have also come encounter with colorful juices!! Yes, I'm getting my fruit and veggies juiced and delivered to help me with my calorie intake in between meals!! When I need healthy meals or my juices compressed, I call Indulgent Occasions Cusine & Events Couture in Los Angeles, to provide me with meals, and juices to my doorstep. Making it up with MAKE-UP MONDAYS!!!

    This is a late post but I had to post about it!! I have now tried this new creamy eye liner for almost a week now and I LOVE IT!!! Laura Mercier eyeliner cream is ABSOULETLY AMAZING!!! It is dermatologist and allergy tested that help decrease the risk of irritation, which is a MAJOR plus!!! I have used many eyeliners (trying to get these eyes right) and my eyes have always seemed to continuously get irritated. They usually start watering or getting itchy after applying (major NO NO)! This really works!! Whether your winging that top eye out or not, this product will help you achieve the look your looking for! I love it!!

I found this amazing product at Sephora for an approximate price of $22.00. Yes it may seem steep but hey it's worth it!! The brush that I like to use is MAC small angle brush, however, any reliable angle brush works!

    I love BUNCHEES baby bottle bibs!! They are really cool!! By putting this bottle bib on your bottle it helps keep the excess milk or formula from coming out of the baby's mouth while feeding! Neat right?? All you have to do is stretch the elastic collar underneath the ring of the bottle and wallah, magic!!! It truly feels like putting a scrunchie around your baby's bottle!! However, when assembling you must aligned the petals correctly so that at least one pedal is under your baby's mouth for feeding.       My favorite lip is a nude one!! I love to go glam with my eyes, and have a nude lip to classy it out!! Here are my three favorite nude lips!! Starting from left to right, 1)C-Thru lip glass 2) Matte Nude RiRi lipstick 3) Revealing lip glass!! These are truly my favs!! I wear C-Thru with almost everything!! If these colors are too nude for you, you can try Chai lip glass by MAC or the color Spite!!! My favorite every day look is applying a malt on my lid, with a cudoroy or mulch (both Mac eyeshadows) in the crease with my c- thru lip glass!! The Mac Lip glasses can sometimes make your lips cakey but the colors are The Bomb! To help with the moisture, I always put some Chapstick or Vaseline on my lips before I apply any M.A.C products on my lips!! Try yours now!!

Work it out Wednesday!!

    Ok so I don't work out like I should! When it comes to working out I am the procrastinating queen!! I do try to make time in between time to get some type of excercise in. I'm learning that you may not always have time for the gym, but taking walks around your neighborhood or walking your dog is excercise! 

     I am also in love with the "My Fitness Pal" application on my phone. Free of charge I am able to manage my calories just by inputting my weight, age and height! This app helps you by having a variety of restaurants listed to assist with your calories accurately. Also, every time you excercise, it adds to your calorie intake total allowing you to have that late night healthy snack if needed!! 

    As you can see I didn't do enough excercise today to balance out my calorie intake because I only walked 30 mins!! But I will do better!!!  (((Small grin)))

Trying Something New!!

      Over the last three weeks, I've been using JR Watkins baby lotion, baby oil and baby balm on my kids. Let me tell you first that I truly find it different from the normal baby products, but I actually like it. It doesn't have the normal scent of a baby product like powder fresh or lavender. With the components of shea butter and sun flower oil, the baby lotion works to keep your baby skin nourshied and hydrated. It has more of a natural butter smell to it. Anyone that knows me knows that I love mixing oils with my lotions on my boys and especially for myself. This brand has a baby oil that I love! It's not overly perfumed, and you can use it on your stomach while pregnant to keep your skin soft and well moisturized! The baby balm has the ingredients of chamomile and calendula to treat skin irritations! It's truly a incredible brand! I bought mine from my favorite place of target!!     Yes, high chairs are still in!! I'm finding that some women do not like buying high chairs anymore because it saves cost and it's more convenient to put your child on your lap nowadays!!! I say #WRONG (to putting the child on the lap)!! I'm sorry, but I need my moments to eat by myself sometimes. I need to be able to move freely without my baby in my arms. Not to mention, when I put my baby in the high chair, it allows me to do more than one thing at a time. I chose the no cracks, no crevices, easy to clean & put together Flair highchair by Boon. This highchair is heaven sent. It is super easy to adjust the height, making it comfortable to use more than one table in your home.

    The tray is also dishwasher safe and it's rollers make it easy to glide. How cool is that??? Did I mention that it only took me 15-20 mins after reading the directions, to put this together? In mommy world, that's quick!! I love it!!!

     The night is still young!! Whether your fast asleep and have to check in with me in the morning, or if your just waking up, I couldn't go another minute without posting this!! While I was in the airport a couple of days ago I saw the neatest thing that would help me keep my son coloring books, crayons, cars and iPad neatly together!      Hello loves!!! I've been away for too long, so it's time to get back in action with our "Makeup Mondays"!!! Today I am sharing with you my all time FAVORITE BRONZER!!! Since I naturally have rosy red cheeks, blush for me is no no!! Not to mention, when I'm wearing make up or if I simply just want a fresh face, I always have to find something that tones down the redness while giving me that glowy effect. Gold Deposit mineralize skin finish by M.A.C does it for me!! I like to pair this with two brushes the 138 Tapered Face Brush or 129 powder/blush brush both by M.A.C. The 129 brush gives me a more defining look, while the 138 brush gives me a more natural sheer look that works perfect for a everyday fresh face! Here's my secret!!!!

     When it comes to mascara, Diorshow "Blackout" is my favorite!!! I also use the Diorshow "New Look" as well! 

    Most women think that it's all about the actual mascara product. They think that the liquid makes the eyelashes extend and it does to a certain extent. Although I am no make up artist, I have tried A LOT of mascaras and I have learned that it is all about the brush that helps extend your perfect lashes. For example, I don't think that the Diorshow "New Look" has the right liquid for my lashes. I use the Diorshow "New Look" to help separate and extend my lashes, while I use the Diorshow "Blackout" for the fullness and the glamour. A lot of people do the reverse, but it's truly up to you. I also love that the Dior mascaras does NOT irritate my eyes, and that Dior also carries a Lash Plumping Serum that plumps and lengthens your lashes for the women that need the extra extense!! You can purchase this from many Dior locations/retailers for prices between $25.00-28.50. Nordstrom, Macy's and Sephora carry this line!

Ps. The waterproof version is AMAZING!! It literally lasts forever, but it can get a little sticky so please remove with caution to prevent pulling out your lashes. With anything that is waterproof, it is built to last, so be careful!!
